Those songs are of course amazing, made by professionals with many achievements. But there are also so many same high quality productions from no-name people, who have zero commercial success. Can you make a video on how much of a percentage of the success is actually the marketing, label investment and all the push behind the scenes? In my honest opinion it is like 95%, the remaining 5% belongs to the actually good song.
This makes so much sense. Have had a lot of respect for Ryan since One Republic came on the scene. To see how many major artists he’s behind and has written/ produced music for is great.
Ryan, Jeremy Zucker and Finneas are basically the trio that is responsible for 99% of every Mega Pop Star's hits. They deserve more recognition for this and way more pay. Especially the latter two.
Tate has such a cool singing tone. Never really heard a voice like hers but also it feels familiar? Very cool! And the producer really knows how to utilize and enhance her tone!
Ryan Tedder is one of the BEST producers, hands down. But who's BRILLIANT idea was it to do a full-on nude scene & make her look like a "you-know-what" in her video!? TERRIBLE move on her part
The song 10:35 also ended up doing really well because of the music video. It shows the Atlantis Royal which is the most expensive hotel right now in Middle East and in the world. They filmed the video before it opened for the general public so everyone got to see the hotel for the first time in this music video.
Interesting, I would’ve thought that was a hit but he’s right, it didn’t pop nowadays. Having to use a stat from a specific genre is a bad sign as far as performance imo

Not devaluing Tate's obvious talent at all, but goddamn Ryan Tedder is a MUSICAL FREAKING GENIUS and can make anything a hit.

Literally didn't recognise any of the song snippets played 😂, but I don't doubt that it charted , sounds like some charts music
Ryan Tedder just needed to be born a Brittany Adjacent hot girl and he would e been solidified in the pop girlies but this is still a huge W
10:35 I LOVEEEEE THAT SONG
Turns out every single song of tates that I have on repeat is one they did together 😂😂
Bollie and Finneas still exist though (the last line)
