  6. It's not actually a phase maybe it is for some people but for others it's not

  7. Emo bands I listened to are FOB, SWS, PAPA ROACH, BVB, MCR, FIR, BMTH, PTV, SP, PARAMORE, and I think that's about it. Most of them I discovered myself in my 12-18 years. Now I'm 26, and I still listen to them.

  8. 30 Seconds Top Mars ist missing

  9. Bring Me To Life This song finding Love Again With Chris Pine
after a affair with a backup dancer

  10. Old Panic! at the Disco, Evanescence, Three Days Grace (With Adam Gontier ofc), 30 Seconds to Mars, Avenged Sevenfold, Hinder, and yes ofc My Chemical Romance MCR I listened to all of those in my emo phase.

  11. I realize that this song was released in 2011, not the 2000s, but I feel like this list is incomplete without mentioning "Sail" by Awolnation. With lyrics like, "Maybe I should cry for help/Maybe I should kil* myself…" it is 100% Emo. Oh, and throw in "Numb" by Linkin Park.

  12. How is welcome to the Black Parade not even in the top three?

  13. Was it really a phase though? For some, it's a core lifestyle

  14. Another band reccomend Quite drive
The song name rush together are the best song of them
Feeling so strong and heart break at the same times
Also their Cyndi cover time after time are really good cover

  15. Are these all emo? Maybe I'm also one

  16. The Medic Droid

  17. Where's Dashboard Confessionals Screaming Infidelities and Hands Down??

  18. The fact that the person on keyboard for From First to Last is now known worldwide as Skrillex is crazy.

  19. In“Note to self” Matt good is the background singer, Sonny is the main vocalist of from first to last 🤦🏻

  20. Fun fact: I’m a color guard for my school and I’m choreographing an air blade solo to Sugar We’re Going Down

  21. Emo music phonetically could mean "lame" music in the Japanese.
